Manage your subscription from one place: see available plans, subscribe through a secure hosted checkout page, and check your current plan's status at any time. Billing and payments are handled by Razorpay.

  1. Go to Billing from the left menu.
Exact plan names, limits, and prices are shown live on the Billing page and may change — check there for current details rather than relying on a cached number.

Subscribe to a plan

Subscribe to a plan through a secure, Razorpay-hosted checkout page.

  1. Go to Billing from the left menu.
  2. Click "Subscribe" on the plan you want.
  3. You'll be taken to a secure Razorpay checkout page to complete payment.
  4. Once your payment method is confirmed, your plan becomes active.
Subscribing to a new plan replaces any subscription you already have — an account has one active subscription at a time.
Only the account owner can manage billing — see Team & Roles.

Cancel your subscription

Cancel your active subscription at any time.

  1. Go to Billing from the left menu.
  2. Click "Cancel" next to your current subscription and confirm.
Cancellation is immediate, not "at the end of the current billing period".

Frequently Asked Questions

Who can manage billing?

Only the account owner (see Team & Roles) can view and manage billing — subscribing, viewing plan status, and cancelling.

What payment provider is used?

Payments are processed by Razorpay through a secure, Razorpay-hosted checkout page — WhatsApp Cloud never directly handles your card or payment details.

Does cancelling stop billing immediately, or at the end of the period I already paid for?

Cancellation takes effect immediately when you confirm it.

Can I switch to a different plan later?

Yes — subscribing to a different plan replaces your current one.
