A quick snapshot of how your WhatsApp activity has looked recently — messages sent vs. received over time, active contacts, campaign performance, and how much the AI bot has been doing. Choose Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or Yearly to see a shorter or longer window.

See key numbers and a messages-over-time chart at a glance.

  1. Go to Dashboard from the left menu.
  2. Use the Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Yearly tabs above the chart to change the time window.
Daily shows the last 7 days, Weekly the last 30, Monthly the last 90, and Yearly the last 365 — all shown day by day, not resampled into weekly/monthly buckets.

What's included

The dashboard shows a sent-vs-received messages chart, a message mix breakdown (team replies vs. AI bot replies vs. received), active contact count, campaigns sent, campaign delivery/read rate, and how many replies the AI bot has sent — plus your most recent campaigns.

Internal notes are excluded from the message counts, since they were never sent to a customer.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I see data for a custom date range, not just the preset tabs?

Not yet — you can choose Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Yearly, but picking an arbitrary custom start and end date isn't available yet.

Can I export a report as PDF or CSV?

Not yet — exportable reports aren't available yet.

Does the dashboard show a trend chart over time?

Not currently — the dashboard shows single-number summaries for the current 30-day period, not a chart over time.
