Add a floating chat button to your own website that opens a WhatsApp conversation with your business number when a visitor clicks it — customized with your own colors, text, and welcome message.
Customize the widget's appearance
Set the phone number, header text, welcome message, button text, and colors to match your brand.
- Go to Widget from the left menu.
- Fill in the phone number, header title/subtitle, welcome message, input placeholder, and button text.
- Choose your header and button colors.
- A live preview panel updates as you edit, so you can see the result before saving.
- Save your changes.
Add the widget to your website
Copy a small snippet of code and paste it into your website to make the widget appear.
- Go to Widget from the left menu and save your widget settings at least once.
- Click "Copy embed code".
- Paste the snippet into your website's HTML (usually near the end of the page).
Frequently Asked Questions
Will the widget break my website if something goes wrong?
No — if the widget can't load for any reason, it simply doesn't appear. It's designed to fail silently rather than show an error or affect the rest of your page.
Can I have different widgets on different pages of my site?
Not yet — each account currently has one widget design used everywhere it's embedded.
Can I upload a logo to the widget?
Not yet — you can customize text, colors, and the welcome message, but logo upload isn't available yet.
Does the widget show how many people clicked it?
No — there's no click analytics for the widget currently.
