Inside The Platform: Four Core Screens
The product is built around four core screens, each solving a distinct part of the workflow. The Data Ingestion & File Processing Hub handles drag-and-drop batch uploads of multi-sheet Excel and CSV files, with a real-time processing queue (parsing rows, normalizing schemas, generating embeddings) and a file-matrix preview showing how uploaded spreadsheets get automatically mapped into a unified schema.
The Conversational Analytics & Query Interface gives users a sticky prompt bar for natural language questions like “show me cumulative revenue vs COGS compared quarter over quarter,” backed by LangChain Text-to-SQL agents. Suggested query chips surface relevant prompts based on the ingested data, and an expandable SQL/data-logic inspector shows the exact query behind every answer.
The Executive Dashboard renders KPI cards for transactions, revenue, COGS, and profit alongside yearly and weekly trend charts, month-over-month variance panels, and breakdown lists for top-performing customers and cities, all filterable by date range and category. Finally, the Interactive Visual Builder & Export Studio lets users drag and reorganize generated charts on a canvas, switch chart types, and export dashboards as PDF reports, merged Excel workbooks, or scheduled email summaries via n8n.
